1 WEEK BEFORE: Confirm RSVPs. Order decorations and supplies. Create music playlist. Plan seating arrangement. Buy drinks and mixers. Confirm chef/catering booking.
2 DAYS BEFORE: Deep clean your home. Set up decoration. Arrange furniture for flow. Stock ice. Charge Bluetooth speaker. Iron tablecloths/napkins.
DAY OF THE PARTY: Set up bar area by 4 PM. Arrange seating. Put out plates, glasses, and cutlery. Set up music. Put fresh hand towels in bathroom. Light candles/fairy lights.
